PROJECT SUMMARY The E-AGRO INNOVATION project aims to foster digital presence and technological business models of the agribusiness sector, with a view to competitiveness and boost their export capacity through digital channels. GOALS
  • Motivate and sensitize the entrepreneurs of the sector to the importance of designing and implement strategies applied to digital channels for market management, channels, products and customer segments;
  • Create conditions for participation and optimization of the presence of small and medium-sized enterprises en in the sector agroindustrial in e-marketplaces;
  • Contributing to digital literacy and skills by entrepreneurs and technical staff of the companies - namely in matters such as CRM, Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing, Display Advertising, Mobile Marketing, SEO and Web Analytics, among others - to enable them to implement processes associated with digital economy and e-commerce;
  • Promote cooperation and alignment of solutions and projects of companies and startups with the needs of agro-industrial enterprises in the field of TIC
Main actions planned:
  • Hold a conference on the digital economy in agrifood;
  • Mapping and characterization study of the main e-marketplaces for the industry agrifood;
  • Survey study of trends in the evolution of digital markets;
  • Carry out a training program for SME managers and/or commercialization and internationalization, and to companies that supply technology and IT services for the food sector, in partnership with a university or management school (as a seal of the scientific rigor of the interventions), with the objective of promoting knowledge transfer and innovation in the supply and use of state-of-the-art technological solutions.
  • Develop training books on topics such as e-commerce, e-marketplaces, web marketing and web analytics, with case analysis of success and presentation of the best practices at a national and international level.
  • Promotion and promotion of a competition focused on e-commerce, as a prize of excellence in terms of what is best done in technological terms in the country for the agroindustrial.
EXPECTED RESULTS The main results and expected impacts, in qualitative terms, with the implementation of of this project relate to the assessment of the degree of satisfaction of the activities developed in the project. In this way, with this project, we following quantitative objectives:
  • Level of satisfaction of the participants involved in the project in terms of the utility of awareness conference on the digital economy in the agro-food sector: 80%
  • Degree of satisfaction of entrepreneurs and other users of the studies produced contribution/utility - through the generation and provision of knowledge and information - to strengthen the digital presence and technological incorporation in agroindustrial business models: 80%
  • Level of satisfaction of the participants in the training workshops: 80%
  • Level of satisfaction of the entrepreneurs and other users of the produced e-books, level of their performance in the generation and information relevant to the sector: 80%
  • Level of satisfaction of the contest participants regarding the contribution of this initiative to promote the strengthening of digital presence and technological incorporation in agro-industrial business models: 80%
  • Satisfaction level of website visitors with respect to their functionality and usefulness: 80%
