This set of 2 workshops will focus on online consumer behavior, digital marketing management in the aspects of new products, prices and distribution channels, as well as online marketing communication in various media (owned, paid, earned). Focused on business users, workshops aim to empower participants with concepts, practices and tools that allow them to make the most of the potential that Web Marketing offers at the level of development of business and business.

Paulo Rita is Professor of Marketing, International Development Coordinator, Marketing Analytics Lab Director, Graduate Director in Data Science for Marketing and Data Science for Hospitality and Tourism at NOVA Information Management School (NOVA IMS), Universidade Nova de Lisboa as well as member of the executive committee of the European Marketing Academy. Paulo Rita has Aggregation in Marketing (ISCTE), Postdoctoral Fellow in E-Marketing (University of Nevada Las Vegas, United States), PhD in Marketing (Cardiff University, UK), Graduate Certificate in Research and Methods Quantitative applied to Management (University of Glasgow, UK) and Degree in Organisation and Business Management (ISCTE). Their research interests focus on digital/social media marketing, consumer/neuromarketing behavior and marketing.
